Research Assistant

The Research Assistant supports our Researcher with the organisation, administration and delivery of research tasks across the various student focused projects.

The focus will be conducting research with students to gather relevant insights, and working with the Researcher to analyse and determine key findings.

The role has a broad remit and is a fantastic opportunity to develop research skills within a commercial business. 

Application Developer

The Application Developer is responsible for supporting the evolution of the technology solutions that underpin the entire development and delivery or OES' products and services.

You will work closely with the Development team and other key stakeholders to ensure high-quality technology solutions across our Learning Management System (Canvass), cloud and broader technology assets. You will manage off the shelf systems as well as build fit for purpose solutions as required with an "automation first" and continuous improvement mindset.

As a naturally curious person who enjoys being at the forefront of technology, this a great opportunity to continually gain exposure to the latest tech and play around with new toys! You will enjoy seeing the outcome of your work, which will have a significant and visible impact in the business.

This is a business facing role so strong stakeholder management skills, and a desire to get out from behind your desk to drive solutions is key to success.

Analytics Lead

As our Analytics Lead you will be responsible for producing data driven insights into student behaviour, and translating these findings into practical strategies that drive quality student experiences and improve retention.  Your responsibilities continue beyond the analytics, ensuring that insights are put into practical use - so a commercial mindset, curiosity, excellent stakeholder management skills and a desire to drive real outcomes are crucial. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to pro-actively identify opportunities for new or improved initiatives that contribute to an environment of continuous improvement.

Student Coach

As a Student Coach, you can expect to have practical, solutions based conversations aimed at supporting students through their studies. We are looking for passionate, proactive, empathetic and resourceful team members capable of facilitating a measurable difference in student retention and engagement. The role requires you to make outbound calls to students, so you must enjoy interacting and building rapport on the phone.

This role is a full time 6 month contract role with the view to extension. 

Student Services Advisor

As a Student Services Advisor you will play a key role in providing the high level student satisfaction that underpins our business.  At the same time this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a rapidly growing organisation. You will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective enrolment and on-going administration of our students.

Learning Designer

The Learning Designer will be responsible for developing effective online learning across various units that reflect best practice, with a keen focus on optimising student learning outcomes. If you have a teaching background and have worked in a classroom or education setting previously, combined with exposure to creating tertiary education learning material, this will set your application apart.

Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. As a key platform to managing students internally, the role plays a major part in enabling teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible. We are looking for an absolute team player with a can do attitude.

Sales Consultant

Our team of Sales Consultants are responsible for helping our prospective students progress their enquiry through to enrolment, using phone, email & live chat. 

All leads are warm, and through a consultative sales approach you will assist students once they have taken the first step to contact us. As part of the sales process you will provide detailed and at times complex career & study related information about our online courses, to guide students through the important decision making process.

Student Advisor

The Student Advisor is the first point of contact for students via phone, email and web chatter, dealing with a range of queries or issues. These include general academic advice, emotional support, technical assistance as well as enquiries relating to courses and University processes.

Academic Administrator / Executive Assistant

The Academic Administrator/Personal Assistant will undertake a range of planning, scheduling and resource management tasks to ensure academic support is executed. This includes providing a range of administrative support to the Academic Executive Director collating reports and schedules as well as organising data and collating documentation across academic projects.
