If you have a teaching background and have worked in a classroom or education setting previously, combined with exposure to creating tertiary education learning material, this will set your application apart.
The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. All leads are warm, and through a consultative sales approach you will assist students once they have taken the first step to contact us. As part of the sales process you will provide detailed and at times complex career & study related information about our online courses, to guide students through the important decision making process.
The Student Advisor is the first point of contact for students via phone, email and web chatter, dealing with a range of queries or issues. These include general academic advice, emotional support, technical assistance as well as enquiries relating to courses and University processes.
Academic Administrator / Executive Assistant
The Academic Administrator/Personal Assistant will undertake a range of planning, scheduling and resource management tasks to ensure academic support is executed. This includes providing a range of administrative support to the Academic Executive Director collating reports and schedules as well as organising data and collating documentation across academic projects.
