Agile Delivery Lead

The role

As the Agile Delivery Lead, you will be key to mentoring, challenging and building cross-functional teams to deliver value and continuously improve their ways of working. In this role, you will embrace the servant-leader approach to build team engagement and foster a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional outcomes for OES, its students and partners.

Day to day operations will include facilitating workshops and agile ceremonies, coaching teams, guiding Product Owners and stakeholders, empowering teams to deliver efficiently and building a customer-centric mindset.

Must have’s

  • Extensive experience in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams in the adoption of an agile mindset, best practice and transition to high performance.
  • Experience negotiating blockers for teams and training them to become self-reliant and resolve impediments independently.
  • Excellent understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, The Design Sprint and Human Centred Design.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience energising teams and building strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • A growth mind-set.
  • Experience working in high-growth start-ups or successful online/digital/tech organisations is highly desirable.
