Growth Analyst

The role

This role is critical to OES’s growth ambitions and will play a significant role in the acquisition of new partnerships and/or expansion of OES’s core business in Australia and internationally. You will work on a wide variety of high-impact projects and analyse complex business issues.

The role will suit someone who has worked within professional services and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, applying outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, financial, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

This is a unique, multi-faceted and high impact role requiring an exceptional candidate. The role is critical to the continuation of OES’s success and the desired candidate will be driven and rewarded by contributing to the delivery of various projects pertaining to such expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop written and visual materials for presentation to senior management of OES and prospective partners, including proposals, presentations, tenders and other pitch materials.
  • Analysis of new market opportunities utilising a range of quantitative and qualitative data to inform recommendations.
  • Research prospective partners and communicate key information to broader business development team.
  • Collaborate with OES functional teams to respond to queries from prospective partners, requiring consultation with subject matter expertise.

About you

  • Exceptional ability to create written and visual communication skills for presentation to senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a high level of emotional intelligence to work with stakeholders across the OES business.
  • Bachelor’s degree qualification and/or equivalent professional experience, preferably in professional services or related environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in the Australian tertiary education sector is preferable.
