Digital Platform Manager

About the role

The Digital Platform Manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring the technology which students use is implemented effectively to provide the best possible student experience.

Day to day, this person will be analysing student feedback to inform strategies for improvement, leading the roll out of agreed initiatives/ improvements, and engaging with key stakeholders to gain their buy in and involvement.

Must have skills and experience

  • Proven product management experience (3+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience with senior stakeholder management including facilitation and influencing skills
  • Passionate about communicating the vision and strategy for a technology
  • Challenge own and others’ thinking to ensure student centric approach
  • Ensure quick speed to insight whilst maintaining quality decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Utilisation of logical frameworks to form recommendations and aid decision making
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Minimum Bachelor level qualification
  • Solid technical background and/or experience working in technology
