Human Resources Coordinator

About the role?

As an integral part of the HR team, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and contracts administration of our remote workforce of online facilitators (eLearning Advisors and Online Learning Advisors).

Day to day you will be managing the internal and external relationships across OES partner Universities as well as the high-volume administration tasks associated with their employment and on boarding. The role will suit someone who is proactive and efficient, thrives off being busy and works with a sense of urgency. Successful delivery relies heavily on accurate information so will suit someone with extremely high attention to detail who enjoys working with administrative tasks and process improvement.

About you

We are looking for someone that has extensive administrative experience in a high-volume environment. Ideally, you will have hands on experience in recruitment or a demonstrated interest in Human Resources, people and recruitment.

It is essential that you have:

  • A minimum tertiary qualification (Human Resources desirable)
  • Intermediate/advanced excel skills
  • Previous experience with high volume recruitment administration role within Education or relevant field
  • Proficiency with Outlook and
  • Strong critical thinking and numerical reasoning abilities
  • The innate ability to look at processes and improve them
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • High-level critical thinking skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and make quick decisions
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
