Learning Design Administrator

About the role?

The Learning Design Administrator supports the Learning Design team by undertaking a range of planning, scheduling, and organising resource and stakeholder management tasks to ensure team support is executed. By reviewing and collating reports and schedules, organising data and collating documentation, supporting the teaching delivery team, and supporting aspects of the student experience, this role requires active involvement across development projects, administration tasks and the delivery platform. The Administrative Assistant will provide clear, consistent and organised support to members of the Learning Design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and co-ordination of various activities across the Learning Design team
  • Record maintenance of a communal repository of learning and assessment resources
  • File management and spreadsheet maintenance
  • Ad hoc data analysis
  • Administrative tasks associated with creating and managing policies
  • Maintaining shared file folders in standard system

About you?

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role is essential
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Exceptional personal organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Desire to be self-driven a high performer around any administrative type duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management programs, specifically Salesforce
