Organisational Agility Lead

The role:

Roles like this do not come along every day whereby you can genuinely co-create, build capability in and embed our bespoke Way of Working at OES.

As we grow and evolve, OES wants to continuously improve how we work to support our people to collaborate more quickly and easily to deliver better, faster outcomes for our partners and students.

Agile is a powerful lever to drive how we work here at OES which we need to make fit for purpose (along with other methodologies like Human Centred DesignLean and Change Management) so that we have a shared way of working that becomes the new OES Way of Working.

This role will suit someone who has strong knowledge and experience across organisations who work in an Agile ‘ish” way, as well as a strong human resources background. Building capability and cross-functional collaboration will be key so your understanding of team dynamics, organisational behaviour, as well as learning and development will serve you well.

You will be a key member of a people-first Human Resources team, and will report directly into the Executive Director of Human Resources.

This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract; therefore we are looking for a motivated self-starter who will hit the ground running.

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification Human Resources or Business related field
  • Agile training and/or experience working in an agile organisation
  • Previous experience in a relevant organisational change/development role
  • Self-driven, self-starter and the ability to motivate those around you
  • Proven experience building organisational capability in a fast-paced environment
  • Trusted and warm presence when influencing and engaging stakeholders
  • Breadth of expertise across change management, organisation/job design
  • Able to apply thought leadership and challenge the status quo
  • Strong facilitator with experience designing and facilitating workshops
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills across all levels
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong alignment to OES values: Teamwork, Passion and Perseverance, Integrity and Agility and Innovation
