Platform Manager, Salesforce & Data

About the role

The Platform Manager- Salesforce & Data will primarily be responsible for the leadership and management of OES’ CRM and Data Warehouse platforms. Working closely with key stakeholders across this business, the Platform Manager will ensure we are deriving maximum benefit from the CRM capabilites, and also ensure the Data Warehouse is enabling key departments to achieve their goals.

This person will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure projects and systems upgrades/ enhancements are transitioned seamlessly into business as usual activities.

About you:

  • Experienced in managing IT staff in a corporate, team environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading the vision and management of Salesforce
  • Experience with Data Warehouse technologies, preferably managed on Amazon Web Services
  • Strong understanding of technical issue resolution workflow and systems.
  • Knowledge of Information Security principles and practices desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile Delivery methodologies highly desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to provide clear directions, instructions, options and expert advice.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry certifications and demonstrated knowledge of IT and technology trends and developments
  • Current or Previous Salesforce certifications highly desirable (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer)
