Program Manager, Vocational Early Childhood Education

The role

The Program Manager, Vocational Early Childhood Education will lead a team of Online Learning Advisors to deliver an interactive and supportive online and blended learning experience. The Program Manager, Vocational Early Childhood Education is expected to be a subject matter expert in their discipline drawing upon educational and industry experience.

Your work will be critical to establishing the course structure and designing the student experience most likely to result in student success. Day to day you will work closely with our TAFE partner, Swinburne University, to deliver a compliant, integrated, flexible and quality-focused blended learning experience for Cert III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Online students.

About you

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Subject matter expertise and industry experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Understanding, and experience within the vocational environment, of training packages and units of competency
  • Experience as a team leader of trainers and assessors, ideally a remote team
  • Demonstrated experience implementing adult learning principles and commitment to a learner-centred approach
  • Experience teaching/training in Early Childhood Education programs/courses, preferably online
  • Experience facilitating through online Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Canvas or Moodle
