Receptionist & Office Co-ordinator

The Receptionist/Office Co-ordinator is an extremely important role, and will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective office administration support to the business.

The right candidate will be enthusiastic about greeting visitors, and assisting OES staff across a range of different things including: general reception duties, phone and email administration, building and maintenance co-ordination, stock and stationary control, managing deliveries, greeting visitors, new starter set up and ad hoc office duties. This role works across all levels across the OES business, so will suit someone who is genuinely interested in working with people.

About you

  • Previous experience and a track record of success in a similar role
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to prioritise
  • Experience working in a changing, fast paced and dynamic office environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and  work unsupervised
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • A genuine desire and enjoyment from assisting others
