Student Insights Researcher

About the role

The Student Insights Researcher’s role is to bring a deeper understanding of students by completing research into various aspects of the student experience. This person will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on student experience drawing upon extensive industry experience and the execution of high quality research.

Must have skills & experience

  • Experience in social or market research which focuses ideally around customer or  student behaviour
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications eg psychology, social science, marketing or other research related discipline
  • Ability to conduct and analyse both quantitative and qualitative research. For example, recruiting, surveys, interviews, usability testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong academic writing and presentation skills
  • Manage research tasks across several projects and deliver high quality results within timeframes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
