Team Leader- Student Services (Student Administration)

The role

In this 12 month contract as Team Leader, Student Services you will be in a hands on people focused role. Day to day you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a fantastic team of Student Services Advisors to thrive in a high performing, values based and student-centric environment.

Our team of Student Services Advisors provide administrative support to our students across all stages of the student life-cycle, from admission to graduation.

Must haves:

  • Previous experience in a people management role (at least 2 years) essential
  • Strong understanding of university processes relating to student administration 
  • The demonstrated ability to lead, support & provide feedback
  • A demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service
  • A belief in a culture that maximises employee & student engagement
  • A keen interest in providing advice & support to staff and students
  • Experience in an administrative role which requires coordination of functions & people
  • Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving
  • Demonstrated high-level computer literacy skills
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous
