Web Content Coordinator

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all of our online content, including multiple websites, eDM campaigns and other digital media which are critical to the overall success of our business. Working closely with our team of Content Producers, you will oversee and manage the life-cycle of content, from planning and creation through to editing and proofreading. At all times you will ensure content is aligned to the relevant brand, and effective in achieving the required commercial outcome.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all content activity across the business
  • Establish and maintain key internal relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Create, develop, manage and publish content for our various websites
  •  Support SEO goals and drive sales leads
  • Create, implement and manage all internal and external communication campaigns
  • Copy, edit and proofread all digital content, including overseeing and guiding a small Web Content Producer team
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all content in line with overall branding

You will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar content focused role, and as such be able provide examples of producing professional, engaging and commercially savvy content.

Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to understand the bigger picture and drive strategy will also be critical to success in this role. Experience within the tertiary education sector, and formal qualifications and  in a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
