Head of Marketing & Creative
- Lead Marketing Strategy: Define and execute the marketing strategy across multiple education brands, focusing on driving demand and meeting acquisition targets for Partner Universities.
- Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop compelling value propositions for each university brand.
- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Develop and manage demand generation strategies, including both digital (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email) and traditional channels (Radio, DOOH/OOH, TV). Optimize campaigns for performance, including cost/revenue analysis, lead acquisition, and overall effectiveness.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team to develop innovative, engaging content that drives campaign success across both digital and traditional channels.
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Take ownership of creative development from offsite to onsite performance, ensuring campaigns meet both short-term and long-term KPIs.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the Website and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates, aligning strategies to the value propositions of each partner university.
- Innovative Video and User-Generated Content: Spearhead the creation of engaging video content and user-generated content to support lead generation and demand generation efforts.
- Test & Learn Optimization: Implement and lead test & learn campaigns to continuously optimize performance across disciplines and key courses.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing and creative team, providing guidance and fostering innovation.
- Agency Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with agency partners to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and seamless execution.
- University Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with university marketing teams, ensuring cohesive strategies and mutually beneficial partnerships.
