Senior Lifecycle Communications Coordinator
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading experience, combined with expert language skills.
- Demonstrated experience within a marketing and/or communications function, preferably within a B2C environment.
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end customer communications.
- Experience developing customer communication strategies, understanding customer impacts/opportunities, and creating channel plans.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or with a similar platform.
- Ability to think critically and strategically with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of basic HTML coding, UX and email design.
