As we return back to a Covid safe environment, the role will be based out of our new state of the art offices within Cremorne, with some continuing remote flexibility available. We are welcoming applications from experienced Learning Designers for our Post Graduate and Bachelors level courses, and are therefore looking for Learning Designers who have a rich appreciation and understanding of pedagogy and adult learning, and who ideally have experience with Canvas or Moodle.
You will be responsible for developing effective online learning across various disciplines that reflect best practice, with a keen focus on optimising student learning.
If you have a teaching background, online learning, instructional design or you have worked in an education setting we would welcome your application.
- Design, develop and implement effective, innovative student focused online learning
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) to create learning resources and activities
- Partner with specialists to create online tools to deliver a best practice learning
The must have’s
- A tertiary qualification (preferably within Education/Teaching)
- Experience in creating, evaluating and delivering online learning
- Moodle experience preferred, or experience with technologies and online learning management systems, such as Canvas/Blackboard is a must
- A true understanding of the adult learner & appreciation for social constructivism
