The Opportunity

If you’re a driven, self-motivated, and curious person who loves collaborating and solving problems to enhance students’ lives, then keep reading. The role of the Marketing Manager is to achieve the lead and student enrolment targets for our partner universities, working closely with the internal Marketing team and external agencies. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the delivering of each campaign, both digital and offline, ensuring all activities are aligned with the brand guidelines for each partner. Alongside the Head of Marketing, this role will also oversee and develop long and short term growth objectives.

Reporting to Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will join a team of passionate people who make an impact day.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or similar discipline
  • At least 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, either client side or agency
  • Experience working to lead or sales goals, alongside cost per lead/cost per sale targets
  • Experience with the following Paid Search, Paid Social, TV or Radio
  • Experience either writing or responding to briefs for multi-channel media plans
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels is preferable, especially Paid Search and Facebook
