The Opportunity

Reporting to Head of Enabling Technology, the Salesforce Developer will join a team of passionate people who make an impact every day.

They will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. In addition, this role will be responsible for development of the Salesforce platform and assist in managing the continuous improvement of the platform.

As a key platform to managing students internally, the role plays a major part in enabling teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • At least 2+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience
  • Current Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Commercially proven Apex and VisualForce skills
  • Demonstrated capacity for analytical and conceptual thought in the diagnosis of problems and in providing innovative and practical solutions
  • Experience with web services and API’s, enough to troubleshoot problems and provide support for integrated systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a structured role, but also show initiative
  • A solution focused approach with a pro-active attitude to supporting students
  • Team-centricity and a can do attitude
