About You
We’re looking for a leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for driving excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven leadership with 5+ years managing Salesforce teams in a fast-paced, production environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds, with hands-on experience in development, administration, and architecture.
- A solid grasp of technical issue resolution workflows and a working knowledge of information security principles.
- Experience delivering in Agile environments, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting demands.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications, with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer) highly regarded.
