Talent Acquisition Consultant

As a key member of the TA team you will partner with the business and manage a varied and diverse portfolio. You will support your managers through the recruitment journey (job brief to verbal offer) offering a seamless experience to both the Hiring Manager and Candidate playing a key role to ensure we hire the very best talent in the sector.
This opportunity is a 15 month maternity leave contract, however with business booming and ambitious growth plans this role is likely to become perm.

A connector and networker with exceptional interpersonal skills which assist you to build and maintain a strong network of talent and ensure you have superior relationships with your candidates and stakeholders.
You will also be:
- An experienced end to end Recruiter (about 2+ years) – Bonus points recruiting in the education or tech space.
- A sourcing and pipelining guru always on the lookout for exceptional talent.
- Passionate about the candidate and hiring manager experience and always looking to improve and enhance.
- An ‘outside the box thinker’ with the ability to use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Able to provide basic HR related advice with the ability to understand employment legislation.
Online Education Services (OES) was established in 2011 and is majority owned by SEEK Limited. OES is an online education enabler, working with education partners in providing end to end and standalone solutions for online learning. OES designs, promotes and delivers high-quality programs online on behalf of its education provider partners.
The programs are delivered to students who are unable or prefer not to study on campus. Partners are provided with fit for purpose unbundled standalone services, or a complete range of services to support the full student life-cycle online from marketing and recruitment through to graduation. This includes student administration and support, course design, learning management system hosting and optimisation, assessment management and market insights.
