Caroline Conlon is the Director of Learning Strategy and Design at the CFA Institute. She has over 15 years working as a learning designer and crafting custom learning experiences for a wide range of audiences. Caroline has contributed to educational innovation across diverse sectors, including higher education, workplace learning and development, and now professional learning at CFA Institute. Caroline focuses on innovative learning experiences that empower finance professionals globally.

As the Deputy Chief Learning Officer for the Veterans Health Administration’s Institute for Learning, Education, and Development (ILEAD), Dr. Kathy Hanson is responsible for workforce development and continuing education for over 377,000 healthcare professionals and staff that serve 8.92 million Veterans. Reporting to the Chief Learning Officer, she collaborates with VA and VHA leaders to deliver learner-centered, performance-based, and cost-effective education programs. Dr. Hanson’s previous leadership roles include positions at Noodle Partners, the National Park Service, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Office of Personnel Management. Her diverse background spans K-12 to graduate-level teaching, instructional leadership, and program management. A proud US Army Veteran, Dr. Hanson brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to advancing learning within the healthcare sector.

Holly Franklin is the Principal Product Designer on Northeastern University’s EDGE team. She holds a BA from Longwood University and an MS in Education with a focus on Digital Age Learning and Educational Technology from Johns Hopkins University. At Northeastern, she has worked closely with clients such as PwC and the Mayo Clinic to create tailored online learning experiences for professionals. Holly has also led efforts to innovate course design at EDGE, focusing on adaptable delivery models and personalized learning experiences. She has been increasingly involved in integrating AI into course development and has led several AI initiatives for the university. With experience in various educational settings, including K-12 education and the U.S. Army, she specializes in professional development and adult learning, as well as creating impactful learning experiences for unique environments.

Holly Franklin
Principal Product Designer​, Northeastern University

Dr. Christine Levinson is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in learning design, leadership, and instructional innovation. As a Senior Learning Architect at Construct, she bridges commercial and operational functions, leveraging her pedagogical expertise to support sales efforts and ensure successful educational project delivery. Prior to this, Christine was an Account Executive at Grammarly, where she secured key educational accounts by integrating generative AI solutions. During her time as Learning Partnership Director at Noodle, she managed online program design for multiple university partners, driving continuous improvement through data analysis. With experience as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Whittier College and an Assistant Principal at USC Hybrid High School, Christine has consistently implemented innovative teaching and leadership strategies. She holds an Ed.D. from USC and is a National Board Certified Teacher.
